Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using God Unlocked ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. God Unlocked reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Description of Service
God Unlocked is a faith-building mobile application that helps users develop daily spiritual disciplines. The App provides guided prayer sessions, Bible reading plans, review quizzes, streak tracking, and the ability to lock selected apps until daily spiritual activities are completed. The App is designed to encourage consistent engagement with faith-based activities.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. God Unlocked reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
App Locking Feature
The App includes a feature that restricts access to selected applications on your device until daily spiritual disciplines are completed. By enabling this feature, you consent to the App managing access to your chosen applications. God Unlocked is not responsible for any missed notifications, messages, or time-sensitive content as a result of using this feature.
Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, prayer templates, and software — are the exclusive property of God Unlocked and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You shall not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. God Unlocked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Any content or information obtained through the App is at your own risk. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
God Unlocked may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.
